Silent Hill 2 is ready to return and reclaim its crown though, being the most beloved of its own series. Naturally some of the most successful of these remakes being made from one of Silent Hill 2’s main competitors at the time, the Resident Evil series. This includes the infamous trend of remakes making their way back to our screens. These days there are many beloved offerings of scary things bumping you off in the night.
Silent Hill 2 did not have the same level of competition back then though.
